Overview
At Shop Greenish, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 60-day return policy. Whether you want to return or exchange your item, we are here to help within 60 days of your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. If the item has been used but you're still unsatisfied, please reach out to us at support@shopgreenish.com. We'll discuss available options to resolve the issue.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take a few business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after a few days, please first check your bank or credit card account. If it still hasn't posted, contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.
If you’ve done both and still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at support@shopgreenish.com, and we'll assist you further.
Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please email us at support@shopgreenish.com with details, and we will provide return instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you once the return is processed. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Return Shipping
To return an item, please contact us at support@shopgreenish.com, and we’ll provide you with return instructions.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the return will be received without tracking.
